Complete the intake form online before your first appointment. Your responses will be sent to Boyd, and he will reach out to discuss the next steps.

Arrange your payment
The fee is $50 per session. Boyd recommends starting with four sessions, and you can pay for each session or all four.
Pay online using the existing PayPal checkout. Enter $50 for one session or $200 for four sessions. You may also mail a check or money order payable to Boyd Brooks.
Your video appointment
Boyd will confirm your appointment details and send the Zoom information. All sessions take place by video.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
